Construction consulting

For projects in the pre-development stage, MFK Associates provides all the services outlined under construction management on a consulting basis. Remuneration for services rendered could take the form of an hourly agreement or lump sum proposal.

A relatively inexpensive feasibility study and proforma cost model could save countless thousands in design and engineering fees, if it is determined the project is not viable. In addition, by performing a program evaluation in advance of formal design and engineering, it is possible the project parameters could be adjusted to conform to the requirements of the building program, increasing the probability of the project moving forward.
